Life Coach session

60 minutes: $60

What to expect from your Life Coach:

The beauty of talking with a Life Coach is that s/he is not attached to your answers. Your Coach is an impartial, nonjudgmental, caring person who has your best interest at heart. S/he can ask you important questions about yourself that a friend or family member might have a hard time asking. Your answers may surprise you. Those “aha” moments are what Life Coaching is all about — you discovering you! Those revelations help you see your life from a different perspective. Your Coach will help you realize what thoughts or beliefs have been limiting you and offer tools for transforming them to supportive thoughts and actions. What you believed was impossible to achieve, then seems quite within reach.

Your Life Coach has been trained to listen between your words, watch your body language, and reflect the information back to you in a gentle, empowering way. S/he imagines you fulfilling your greatest potential or success even before you do, and will guide you to the road where you can embody it for yourself. A good Coach will speak only 20% of the session, knowing the importance of silence, and of holding the space while you are on your self-discovery journey.

I have many clients that like to do a combo session with Reiki, Massage and Life Coaching.  If you'd like to try that let me know.  Your first Life Coach appointment is half off!  I also do three sessions for $150

60 minutes: $65

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Raindrop Therapy

55 minutes: $85

The Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of therapeutic grade essential oils. The oils are dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches above the back and very lightly massaged along the vertebrae and back muscles. Another aspect of Raindrop is "Vita Flex". Vita Flex, a therapeutic maneuver adapted from Oriental acupuncture, acupressure and reflexology, involves a gentle pressing and rolling on the feet.

Raindrop Technique helps to achieve true balance in the body. It is one of the safest non-invasive techniques for spinal health and can help relieve a variety of discomforts caused by imbalances in the body. It may be helpful to those with scoliosis, asthma, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica and many other conditions.

Many clients experience the following benefits:
· Deep relaxation
· Increased energy & enhanced immunity
· Relief of many aches & pains
· Renewed flexibility & postural alignment
· Sense of peacefulness & feelings of well being!

Why Raindrop?
We all carry immune system depleting viruses, bacteria, synthetic chemicals, and stress molecules. Essential oils applied along the back are absorbed quickly and feed the entire body. Within moments the oils are absorbed through the skin and in a matter of minutes reach every cell of the body. Wonderfully soothing, cleansing, nurturing and relaxing, the Raindrop Technique can work its benefits in immediate and profound ways.

Private Yoga session

60 minutes: $30

Your choice of Polarity, Restoative, Yin, Yoga Nidra Or a custom built class with a

combination of styles

-In Polarity Therapy, great emphasis is put on self-help and personal responsibility. Clients are encouraged and supported in taking charge of their health physically, mentally and emotionally.
Polarity Therapy exercises offer many self-managed energy-balancing strategies which facilitate the movement of energy in the body-mind. These movements and postures are reminiscent of the techniques of traditional Hatha Yoga and related systems, but generally are easier to do and are specifically designed for energy balancing benefits.
-In truth, restorative yoga is simply that - restorative. It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.
-Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, five minutes or more per pose is typical.
-Yoga Nidra is new to the West in many ways but an ancient technique used by yogis. It is thousands of years old and yoga nidra means "yogic sleep". Yoga Nidra a unique marriage of science and spirit, combining alert awareness and deepest relaxation.

Ear Candling

2 candles about 30 minutes : $25

Ear candling is an ancient art that has been practiced as early as 2500 BC.  Parchment scrolls discovered in the Orient have described the procedure and Egyptians and the Hopi Indians have also described their use.  This simple therapy can be very effective in removing ear wax build-up, fungus and impaction from within the ear canal.

Through a process called "convection" softer waxes and toxins will be drawn out of the ear, oxidized and turned into vapors during the procedure.  Many people attest to the value of ear candling in relieving sinus pressure and pain.  It can be especially helpful during cold and flu season and during allergy season.
What is an ear candle?
Ear candles are typically made of beeswax and cotton muslin.  They are hollow cylinders designed to create a gentle vacuum that helps draw ear wax and fungus deposits from deep within the ear canal.
What to expect in a session:
You will lie on your side as the practitioner gently places the tip of the hollow candle in your ear and lights the end to create a gentle suction.  You will feel no pain.  There may be crackling or popping from the burning candle but all you will feel is the end of the candle in your ear.  The session is usually very relaxing.
Conditions that ear candling may help:

  • Headaches
  • Ear Infections
  • TMJ Dysfunction
  • Excessive Wax
  • Ringing in the Ears
  • Plugged Ears
  • Migraines
  • Chronic Sinusitis

Ear candling can be done up to 4 times a year.  Just be careful in the first 24 hours after candling to keep water and debris out of your ears as the wax protection starts to build up again.

**While using ear candles properly may obtain some results, we are in no way making any specific claims.  Ear candles are not a medical device nor should they be substituted for professional medical treatment.  Please use common sense and extreme caution when using ear candles, as there is fire involved.***

CranioSacral (SM)

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things).
